Parenting 101!!!! This parent gets 5000 points from me. The internet generation has lost a sense of respect and parents need to take this mans actions and do similar things when their children disrespect them.

SOMETHING MUST BE DONE!! POLICE HAVE BEEN SHOOTING INNOCENT PEOPLE FOREVER AND WALKING AWAY UNSCATHED!!!!!
!!!!WARNING!!!! Video of Police shooting innocent people dead in this video, breaking their legs and sh*t.
This practice HAS TO END!!! Its too much! I cant even begin to explain the lack of trust the people of America have with OUR government and the urban communities distaste for the police! I'll get my thoughts together for the sake of posting. In the week Rahmarley Graham was shot and KILLED IN HIS HOME...He was the THIRD SUSPECT SHOT AND KILLED BY NYPD!! Here's the issue here. You know what..,FU*K EXPLAINING SH*T! If you are reading this you know what it is. You know the police can walk up to you and blow ya brains out in broad daylight and get community service. The problem with getting these idiots to be properly tried and sentenced is that they are the first line of government. Point blank. The police are paid for via taxes which makes them government employees.....a government who's trust level is at an all time low. Here's what needs to be done. The videos say it all.

How and Why vs. Who and What - Gem drop
This is a subject thats been on my mind for years. Its hepled me get through some otherwise tough decisions and I pretty much figured out this way of thinking on my own. It helps me in my decision making and leads me to judge people a lot less, although I was never a person to heavily judge people to begin with. Its the rationale of How and Why being very important and Who and What being way... less important.
Let me explain... when doing anything in life, most people are driven by the who and what of their inspirations. You would like to be a lawyer because your inspired by a lawyer (who) who has a nice car nice home great family etcetc (what). Or another example: You want to be a rapper (who) because he/she gets all the girls and has a similar lifestyle to the lawyer type on the surface (what). Ex: You want a "bad chick" (who) because her body is amazing and her looks are to die for (what). The who and what is what drives many people into action. The problem is that they act on only the surface of their inspiration, not the root...and 99.999% never get past the surface of their goals because of this strategy. People often get an artificial feeling of accomplishment and soon feel empty by . After an amount of time, the person realizes that they've only been skimming the surface, and without depth...trees are easily torn by high winds. There goes your goal....
Focusing on the Who and what = Flunkie/Groupie/Leech/Underachiever/Fictional Thinking
Now let me explain the strength of How and Why... how and why is the secret to success in many forms. Understanding the how and why of almost any subject will give you clarity on your next move. It shows you how to move if you should move at all. First let me explain that everyone and everything is inspired by something or someone else paired with personal desire. Theres nothing wrong with that. Also, being motivated while following the how and why steps to success enables you to blossom as an individual and not become a copy of your inspiration.
I'll use an example many people can presently associate with. You wanna be like Rick Ross...on the who and what side, you see a rapper whos poppin, trap rappin bout the bitches money hoes n clothes and living well. Cool. When you figure out how and why you see his journey, you see that his journey wasnt easy at all. How: Rick Ross was a ghostwriter for many years, penning hits for some of your favorite artists at one time, in the background while establishing himself as a force to be reckoned with. He formed alliances that would help him along in the future etcetc. How does he get so much play on the radio, how is he able to dominate in these commercial venues, how is he able to build Maybach music under Warner Brothers music group? Why are these artists under him? How did they reach that point?.... You see when you can answer these questions you learn how you can move in your own personal space, how to be truly successful.
Now there are other factors involved... timing, place, product position, demand vs. supply in the marketplace etc....but all those factors are reasons WHY AND HOW someone is successful.
Ill give you another example: The American justice system...this system judges people innocent and guilty on the ability to prove how and why a person is guilty/innocent and continuously attempts to improve on this method. You get a traffic ticket... the who and what is in place. You can be proven innocent if you can prove the reasoning behind the offense is wrong. How did you get the ticket? Was the officer hovering over your car at 8:29 waiting for 8:30 to come when you were there at 8:30 to move your car (how)(why)? If you can prove that the how and why are either unjust, or if the prosecution cant prove how and why you are guilty beyond a reasonable doubt you are deemed innocent. You get the jist.
In anything figuring the who and what is pretty easy...figuring out the how and why enables you to truly succeed while being yourself in any area. It also gives you a realistic outlook on your chances of success. Someone on Hot97 interviewed JayZ many years ago and asked him what rapper would be like to be like. He said Big Daddy Kane because he had 4 joints on the top 8 at 8 and he would like to reach that goal. Do you think he left that interview and said hey imma just make four joints like Kane did and get em up there (without knowing how)? Or do you think he made similar moves, customizing them to his situation/position at the time.
